Powder loader PL6

The polyloader PL6 is a fully automatic loading system for granulate and powder that offers a rational solution to all bulk conveying problems.

The PL6 is equipped with a vacuum pump driven by a 3-phase motor and is suitable for conveying granulates and free-flowing powdered materials also ceramic powders.

Compressed air can be connected via the solenoid valve in order to clean the filter bag. The maximum capacity is app. 2000 kg/h to a height of app. 4 meters from a container or sack at the side of the machine. The maximum suction length is app. 75 meters.

PL6 can be delivered with pumps of larger sizes dependent on the capacity required - PL6/100 - PL6/160 - PL6/250 - PL6/400.​
