Minijet

Minijet hopper loader is designed to mount directly on top of material bin or on machine throat. the loader works with compressed air and in use, the suction hose with its special mouthpiece is placed in resin supply, and a proximity switch on loader sense the level in hopper.​

The venturi effect blows the material up. the pickup hose and air exits through a cartridge filter on top of loader. This filter has to be cleaned periodically. When setting up this unit, it may be necessary to adust the screw at the back of the level sensor so the small light is on when material is needed.​
